Benefits of Yoga @ Work?

Studies show that stress, fatigue and low morale may lead to decreased productivity and higher absenteeism and or increased injury at the workplace.

The practice of yoga has shown to decrease fatigue and stress as well as increasing energy and having a positive effect on overall wellbeing. Yoga may also enhance immunity, alleviate chronic muscle tension and improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Yoga @ Work provides an added advantage to the employee by encouraging exercise during the work day. The advantage to the employer may be an increased ROI with the positive benefits as mentioned above.


 

 

 

What to Expect From Us

Yoga @ Work
will provide rental mats, blocks, and blankets upon request. Mats, blocks and blankets are also available for purchase.

We have certified yoga instructors that are available to teach classes before work, over the lunch hour, after work and during coffee breaks.

Yoga @ Work will provide marketing materials (posters, flyers, demonstrations, website) to promote your program.
